BedBooking is a booking calendar and channel manager from Poland, priced per room per month, with a long-running mobile app used by small hosts across Europe. Ruma is built in Halkidiki for Greek rooms-to-let, apartments, and villas: one Season Pass at €250 per year with unlimited rooms, payment tracking, and invoicing with Greek taxes included. Choose Ruma if you have more than three or four rooms, need invoicing with Greek taxes and staff accounts, and want one fixed yearly price. Founding partners in Halkidiki also get the account set up for them, free until 31 March 2027.

Choose BedBooking if you have one to three rooms, want API-level sync with Booking.com and Airbnb, or need a direct-booking page with online card payments.
It depends on the number of rooms. BedBooking’s Pro plan for Greece costs about €164 per year for one room plus about €30 per year for each extra room (excl. VAT), so Ruma’s flat €250 per year becomes cheaper from about four rooms — and invoicing and staff accounts, which need BedBooking’s Max plan, are included in Ruma.
Yes. Export your bookings, connect your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars to Ruma, and your future bookings appear on the Ruma calendar. In Halkidiki, the Ruma team can do the set-up for you.
Ruma syncs with both in two directions using iCal, importing new bookings every 15 minutes. BedBooking uses a direct API connection for these two channels on its Pro plan and above, which updates faster.
